I caught what the kids had last week, so I'm in bed creating a Blog, which I've wanted to do for some time now.
  I hope my online journal is a place where I can share "what's new" with family and friends who are far away!  Great-Grandparents, for instance!

We went to Tahoe this weekend and had a relaxing time (after last weekend's Swing & Bling event we needed to unwind!).  Kev and I joined friends Tom and Syd on Saturday night for a beautiful dinner at Bimini Steakhouse at the Peppermill in Reno, then attended the Vince Gill concert.  The performance was really nice; Vince has an amazing voice and I recognized many songs.  His band appeared to be bored to death--not too much pizazz!  The newly redone Peppermill is garrish, but a casino ought to be, and we thought it would be great to take the kids there on the way to/from Idaho this year.  Wonderful year-round outdoor pool!
